Breaking with someone is not the easiest thing, or getting dumped either. Because no matter what both people are hurt, part of them is gone because they gave part of it to that one person. A broken heart always takes time to heal, some faster than others and vice versa. Whenever a break up happens it is not the end of the world but time for one door to close and a new open. I believe there is always a reason for a breakup, but just don’t realize till later on.
As many times I have been hurt by one I have cared about. I would rather now prefer that I be the one who gets hurt rather than hurt the person I care about. I know when I will be healed and forgive myself, but I could never bare the fact of hurting another person, not knowing when they will forgive me and we could try to be friends. I can my time of healing, to focus on being happy again and looking at the positive. Instead of just walking around depressed and sad, I would go on with my life and try to be friends with that person.
Being friends after being in a relationship can be quite difficult at first, but it takes time to get the used to the idea. And later on, you realize that it was the right thing to do. To make the whole change, is to talk about being friends and both people making the effort of trying to be friends. Cause being friends can help the healing process and make it easier to adjust to the new kind of relationship evolving.
I find the worse thing to do after a break up is to just cry and mop about it because then you lose a sense of who are and just makes yourself feel worse. As must pain and anger you are feeling you just have to release by having fun, or by expressing all of your feelings by writing it down on paper, through drawing, dance or music. Never let the pain and tears build up because it will tear you up even more. Never let the pain get you, control the pain, your heart and your mind because it’s all based on your perspective and how you look at the situation.
After a breakup one the hardest things following would be facing that person again and knowing that things won’t be the same. Just don’t be afraid to talk that person and don’t ignore each other. Engage in conversation because it will help the heart to heal and make it easier to move on. The feelings toward that person will not go away in an instant and they may never go away. But it will just be a care for that person as a friend or that you just hope for happiness for them.
I have realized, when you care about a person more than a friend that feeling turns into love, then apart of you will love that person because of the time you spent together and the memories will never go away, it will always be an apart of you.
Sometimes when we love someone, we have to let go because it’s the only way we know that they can truly be happy. Seeing the people we care about happy, makes us happy because it’s what is worth living for. We never want to see the ones who love and care about with tears or anger. When we see that happen we wish for it all go away and protect from being hurt.
